Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — your email address and display name when you register.
• Google sign-in — if you use Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google. We don't store your Google password.
• Job application data — everything you enter: companies, roles, statuses, notes, dates. This is your data.
• CV files — PDFs you upload are stored securely in Azure Blob Storage, linked only to your account.
• Feedback — if you submit feedback via the feedback form, we store the message and category.

What we don't collect

• We don't track you across other websites.
• We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We don't use your data for advertising.
• We don't store your password in plain text. It's hashed and unreadable.

How we use your data

• To provide the app — show you your applications, analytics, and dashboard.
• To send transactional emails — account confirmation, password reset. That's it.
• To notify us of feedback you submit, so we can act on it.

Data storage

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. CV files are stored in private Azure Blob Storage. They are never publicly accessible and can only be accessed through your account.

Your rights

We comply with GDPR. You can delete your job applications and CVs at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, submit a request through the feedback form using the "Account Deletion" category. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days, permanently deleting all your data.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. That's the only cookie we set. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.

Changes to this policy

If anything significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't silently change things that affect your data.
